Roll call is at the center of what we do at KillTheCan.org and is the reason for our continued success. Roll call at KTC is your daily promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes dip, chew, snuff, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs or NRT (nicotine replacement therapy). We don’t worry about the concept of “forever”. We quit for today. We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there. Please use this blog post to post your daily promise.
To post roll, simply leave a comment below with your forum screen name, days quit and your quit group.

I Quit Dec.6th. Had knee replacement Dec.9th. Managed to not chew through the pain and couch sitting. I am early with post, for my knee is swollen due to Physical Therapy . I didn’t have to take a dip through this phase of discomfort in my life. I hope that you that our new to Cheweys blog realize you can beat this addiction if you have the desire to be rid of this monkey on your back. REMEMBER, that the circus is still around. The time zone does not work out very well. I live in Montana. I have tried to quit last February, I was not prepared for May-June fishing. Think about the Triggers that cause you to desire the Dangerous dip. Say No, and No again, and mean it. My friend worked in a place of no trash cans and swallowed his spit. He died of throat cancer from chewing tobacco.
Glad your tests from dentist came out positive Eric. I had fear with you.
Ken, your a damn fine supporter, sorry you read me wrong.
Be strong everyone on this blog, and may God be with you, your friends and family.
I am done
