  1. Day 4. I quit with all of you today.

  2. Day 5 and i can’t believe how much better i feel. My head is still “spark knocking” a bit but much better than the previous days. Now that the chemical dependency is gone i have to fight the mental dependency. That makes me a bit nervous. I still have some serious cravings for a dip. When does this start to get easier!!

    • I guess you and I quit on the same day – good job and stay quit! It was really tough but each day is better than the last. I finally don’t think about it all day – it’s more of a fleeting thought that shows up multiple times.

  3. Day 646. I quit with all of you today.

  4. Day 5. Feeling real happy about not having nic in me. The mental “fog” that so many people describe, is more like mental clarity to me. There’s no more humming and constant thoughts ripping through my mind at 100 mph. Exercising is weird as well…..just 5 days without chew and I don’t get tired during the same exercises I was getting tired doing just last week. It will be interesting to see if or how that changes in the future.

  5. Day 85…I quit with all of you today…I thank God for my being able to quit

  6. Day 1,018: Thoughts are with you Texas quitters. Be safe.

  7. Day 998. I quit with all of you today. For self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 17
