Roll call is our DAILY promise that we will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, dip, chew, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).

  1. Day 422, anyone who reads this may think I’m not posting early enough and making my pledge in the more when it should carry more weight. I’m just transitioning jobs and haven’t quite got my new schedule under control yet. Great thing is I don’t think I want a dip & post, yet I finish work & realize my pledge to y’all has not been fulfilled. Healing is awesome
