ON Day 8 of being free. It feels like I’m not me sometimes. Although, i know it will get better.

182 days cope free. I quit with all of you today.
Today at 1108, marks 24 hours since my last dip. In three minutes I will be in my 25th hours of a dip free lifestyle!
I quit on the 25th of March of this year. I still crave it everyday, doesn’t help when all I do is work and work out. I work overnights at a gym so I’m by myself for most of the shift. I know it’s bad for me but there are days where I think all I need to feel better is a dip. What should I do?
