Roll call is our DAILY promise that we will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, dip, chew, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT).

  4. Today at 1108, marks 24 hours since my last dip. In three minutes I will be in my 25th hours of a dip free lifestyle!

  5. I quit on the 25th of March of this year. I still crave it everyday, doesn’t help when all I do is work and work out. I work overnights at a gym so I’m by myself for most of the shift. I know it’s bad for me but there are days where I think all I need to feel better is a dip. What should I do?

    • Alex, stay strong and quit each moment when those urges hit. You’ve made some huge steps to this point. Stay the path to Quit!
