Nicotine is an incredibly addictive drug. Quitting dip (of any form of smokeless tobacco) may be the most difficult thing you ever do in your life. Adding a support system such as the KillTheCan.org online forum to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. With nearly 23,000 members, our forums are the best quit dipping support system available today.
Roll call is the cornerstone of our activities at KillTheCan.org and is the reason for our continued growth and success. Roll call at KTC is simple. It is your daily promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs and NRT. We quit for today. We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there.
Please use this blog post to post your daily promise.

Hang in there. It comes and goes.

Day 97 Glad to be quit with everyone today.
Go Eric, my next quit bro to get to 100. Celebrate well my friend.
Almost there Erik!!!
Day 58, good job peeps and welcome to the new quitters. Note to new quitters…. everyone is just as equally quit, whether you’re 8 days or 8 years.
Day 87 – I stand firm and proud with all the new folks that have decided to throw the can to the curb and begin living without. It is one of the hardest things you will ever do in life and each day the fog will lift and your resolve to stay quit will be tested, yet at the same time it will become stronger. Don’t forget to make an appt to be seen by the dentist after 30 days of your quit and get everything checked out to make sure you have not oral concerns. No matter how embarrassing it might be to talk to people around you about your quit, open up and speak freely with them, it will help to build another barrier of defense for your quit. Very Proud of you all!!! Stay Strong!
Well said Eric
