Roll Call For Monday January 26th, 2015

Kill The Can Roll CallRoll call is at the center of what we do at and is the reason for our continued success. Roll call at KTC is your daily promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes dip, chew, snuff, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs or NRT (nicotine replacement therapy). We don’t worry about the concept of “forever”.  We quit for today.  We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there.  Please use this blog post to post your daily promise.

  1. Day 80 – thirty years of dipping. Has been tough to get through this. Really tough. Smokey Mountain has really helped.

  2. Day three of cold turkey, I found this site Saturday when I just so happened to be out of chew. Decided what the hell and went for it. So far so good

  3. D9. I quit cold turkey after 8 years. It’s a real fight today for some reason.

  4. Day 54. Still have those cravings but I will not cave. Been using the fake stuff since the beginning. I don’t use the fake stuff during the week but on the weekends. I want to stop using that too.

  5. Area 51, I will remain nicotine free for life.

  6. Day 49. Feeling good and using the fake much less now and replacing with gum.

  7. Day 26, freedom from nicotine today.

  8. Day 22, stay strong everyone, good job

  9. Day 55. Double nickels, but no gambling here. The NIC BITCH is tough we must be tougher. For self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 15.

  10. Day 52. I like not using my main brand between the cheek and gums. S.M, gets me buy, but at least its not going to due me wrong physically. i will work on the mentally side when justice is due. Its tuff trying to quit anything, but at least I know whats good for my body, and my Love ones. I thank God for bringing me this far, and further to come with the strength within to do so. Glad to be sharing my feelings with you all. Remain strong, and may health be recognized when its due; No Chew for me today.
