Roll Call For Friday February 13th, 2015

Kill The Can Roll CallRoll call is the most important thing we do at and is the reason for our continued success. Roll call at KTC is simple.  It is your daily promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy. We don’t worry about the “forever”.  We quit for today.  We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there.  Please use this blog post to post your daily promise.

To post roll, simply leave a comment below with your forum screen name, days quit and your quit group.

NOTE: Your comment may be moderated. Don’t worry… you didn’t get bumped but it may take a while to show up.

  1. Day 44, today I will not use nicotine.

  2. day 18 – something weird happened today. i am normally allergic to pecans…i accidentally had some in my breakfast this morning. i could tell immediately but for some reason i never had a full blown reaction. normally pecans make my lips (where i would chew) double in size. not sure if being nic free for 2.5 weeks changed my circulation or something? this is strange. i mean good, i didn’t need to take any benadryl or feel miserable for 4 hours. just thought i would share. might not be related, but weird.

  3. Day 72. Have a great weekend. I will not use.

  4. Day 40, we got this with no problem

  5. John day 17 on my quit everyday seems to be better than the day before I stand with each and every one of you proud and tall

    • Good job John. Most days are better then the day before. Some days are harder. But everyday you don’t use is a great day. Keep up the great job.

  6. Day 94: have a great weekend everyone! Remember; posting your promise is not a weekday only exercise. Take a minute and confirm your commitment each and every day. I quit with you!

  7. Day 73. It’s a lucky day for all of us as we go through it NIC FREE. Stay strong my fellow quiters, for self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 15.
