774 days quit with you today. The only easy day was yesterday. The idea that after a couple days or couple 100 days or years that everything will be back to normal is false. We will always be nicotine addicts. In life you pay a price for every right or wrong move you make. I made wrong moves by chewing and dipping for 35 years. I pay the price in my quit everyday. Some days are better than others but I’m will to pay the price with you for another day. Stay quit my friends……this too shall pass. Life is worth it!!!!!
Attack your quit like you attack the gift of life.
Day 1,249: I quit with you today!
