  1. 466 days quit. Hang in there train. Nothing in life that is worth anything is easy. But with hard work determination perseverance and never giving in to the poison of nicotine you will change your life for the better. Second by second minute by minute hour by hour day by day week after week month after month until the years roll by!!!!

  2. Good morning,everyone…I’m on day 8…I quit with all of you..for myself,my family and God..cuz I know that God doesn’t want me to put that poison in my body….without God,nothing is possible…with God all things are possible..have a great quit day,everyone

  3. Yesterday was only Day 1…it was a struggle, a very hard struggle, but I persevered and maintained my quit…I’m not looking forward to today, or tomorrow for that matter, but I know I need to do it for me! I quit today with all of you!!!

  4. Day 442, survived another family get together without trying to bum a pinch from my older brother on Sunday. Another week at work almost down. Hang in there brothers and sisters.

  5. Need some help KTC brothers! I’ve been dippin’ for 18 yrs. started when I was 15. I have decided that today is the day!! I know it’s not much, but (a can a day) and only one income for a family of 6. Money is tight. My health is too important, my kids are too important, and my marriage is too important to lose because of this 1.2oz. can! Prayers and well wishes greatly appriciated
