Day 12 finishing up today. I’m not going to lie, seeing guys with such a high number of days quit still posting on here kind of freaks me out….. Does it still take an effort to stay quit years after the fact? Do you still think about nicotine to this day? I know I am supposed to take it one day at a time, which I am doing, but it scares me to think that for years and years I’ll still have the urges that I’m having now.
Nothing to be scared of Jack. We found something that works to keep us quit, so we continue to do it. As simple as that.
Do I still think about nicotine? Nope. Haven’t for years. But if putting my name and number on a line, which takes about 30 seconds, keeps me quit, I’ll continue to do it every day.
