Day 81 it’s still hard, it still sucks everyday not to dip Copenhagen, I still crave it, I am an addict and I know it will never go away. I’m stronger with all of you and my word to not dip allows my brain to re focus once I announce that today I will not dip or use nicotine. Minute by minute hour by hour day by day week by week month by month I’m healing and refocusing my actions. Thanks KTC.
