Are you looking to quit dipping or quit chewing? It’s difficult. We’ll never tell you otherwise. In fact, quitting dip may very well be the most difficult thing you ever do in your life. Adding a support system to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. The best support system available today for someone looking to quit dipping is the KillTheCan.org online forum.
One of the main reasons for our continued growth and success is Roll call. Scrather that… it is THE most important thing we do at KillTheCan.org. The concept behind roll call at KTC is simple. It is your DAILY promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy. We don’t worry about the concept of quitting forever. We quit for today. We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there… together.
Please use this blog post to post your daily promise. To post roll here on the blog, simply leave a comment below with your forum screen name, days quit and your quit group.

Day 3 – can’t concentrate, can’t even think straight. Pretty awful, but will get through. Lets do this.
It’s worth the struggle. Hang in there. Be patient with yourself. Just go moment to moment.
114 i just realized i spent the last 2 days without any fake stuff too. urges there only thing different now is i don’t justify the urge, assume it is clarity saying, what good will that crap do you?
Day 74! I haven’t posted in while posted in a while as the urges have been under control. Today is the first time I walked in to a store and almost caved. i bought gum instead and just went online to order Bacc off. it is definitely getting harder before it is getting easier.
Keep up the good work Matt. I have been surprised at the urges even at day 86. The only good thing is that they are not as strong as the first month. Kinda just come and go. What a stupid habit we started!
Hang in there Matt – you’re getting ready to hit what we refer to as “The Funk”. It’s typically late 70’s early 80’s. Push through it!!!
