  1. believe it or not you are past the hardest part. spend more time on this site, read the posts and what to expect when you quit, etc. think of how miserable you were the past couple days. you DON’T have to do that ever again. also don’t worry about anything beyond today.. can you possibly quit for a whole month? who cares, just quit for the day and next thing you know you are closer to what you didn’t think you could do.

  2. Day 5. Visit to dentist yesterday did me a world of good.

  3. day 92. Guys just tried “Holt” fake stuff. best i have had so far. taste texture and burn. funny is that it is made out of hay so it is like something sold at a health food store!! i’ll be ordering more. however i was a cope guy so you bear guys might want something juicier.
