  1. Day 3. Every 5 minutes there is a fight in my head. I keep reaching into my empty pocket for a can that is not there. I’ve been dipping for so long that people don’t believe that I am on day 3. I feel like I could just sleep all day but last night I woke almost every hour. Back when I dipped I mostly gutted it, now I am chewing sugar free gum and it is messing with my guts. I am hungry but not. Fog is a little better today but only because I have sucked down 4 cups of coffee. Best of luck to all.
