Does counting the days really help? I’m trying to ignore the days and not keep track at all
It’s not so much that we’re counting days… it’s more that we’re quitting one day at a time, and keeping track of how many days in a row we’ve quit “for that day”.
Certainly a minor shift in thinking, but one that has proven all the difference in the world for myself and thousands of quitters.
