  1. Day 10. Seems harder now than the first week. Peaks and valleys are much higher and lower but fortunately a little further apart. I’ve thought several times how nice it would be to have a dip in my lip but I still continue to push thru. My mouth and jaw are now sore from all the candy and gum chewing. What a crazy mind game this trip is. I pray for the strength to keep fighting the fight.

  2. Been a rough week. I lost a good friend and teammate at work last week in a car accident. He was 92 days away from his 3rd career retirement at age 61. I’ve been really pondering my quit but still think the journey is worth it. I quit with all of you at 548 strong. Rob and Kenyz you two remain my mentors.

  3. Day 651. I quit with all of you today.

  5. Day 1023: I quit with you today!

  6. Day 1003. Stay the fight everyone. I quit with all of you today. None in 17.
