Day 40 here…
Day 2. Cravings are stronger than day 1. Chewing gum and drinking plenty of water. Bored at work and fighting the urge.
Hang in there man – the worst are the first three days and then you’re 100% nicotine free – keep fighting!
On day 4 and going strong. Day 2 was the worst. Located the nearest retailer who sold Jake’s and bought a few cans. Surprisingly helpful. I quit for myself and my unborn daughter. No turning back!! Thanks for the support.
