    • I quit on jan3 of this year, chewed for 35+ years, last 10 was skole fine cut, about 5 cans a week. I was gong in for hand surgery, thought this would be a good time to quit, I was way wrong, being laid up for several weeks after surgery sucked, I made it through all this crap by eating junk and gaining 20 lbs. I am almost 90 days quit now and have finnaly got through most of the hard stuff, I never thought I was an addict , I was wrong.

  3. Day 490 Cope free. I quit with all of you today.

  4. Day 862: I quit with you today!

  5. Im 48 and been on the cope since i was 11. Ive quit a bunch of times, longest was during boot camp. Never had any success but for some reason I think this quit might work. Cope was recalled and I used Kodak for a bit cause that’s what i started with either that or Hawkins. Anyway my body is just tired of all the coffee and Copenhagen i dont get energy anymore from it, I actually get tired. The last few years I haven’t t fit enough cope in my mouth and had a dip in all day even falling asleep at times with it. Ive looked in at this site in the past and thought about it but this time Im gonna do it and kick that shit out of my life for good. Im prepared for those sneak attacks about 6-7 months into a quit…i used to think that just one taste wouldn’t do any harm..ha ha i know better now. Thanks for this site. Im gonna use it to help me through!!
