  1. Day 3 and I feel like I’m experiencing every symptom but having an athletic background will help through this. I woke up one day and it was 3yrs later that I had been dipping and never knew how much it was part of my daily routine. I know this journey isn’t going to be easy but I’m happy to have your support.

  2. Day 379. Staying quit. One day at a time

  3. Day 482. I quit with all of you today.

  4. Day 14. Hit my 2 week mark. Some things are getting easier, some are not. Feeling pretty tired especially in the afternoons. Hoping this will pass. I know one thing for sure, I’m never looking back. This divorce is final.

  5. Day 854: Proud to be quit with you!
