Day 5 today after 39 years a tin a day, hard as hell, but so grateful doing it. Thanks for being there guys.

Day 786: Stay strong, stay quit.
Day 310 of staying quit. Best move I’ve ever made! Was it hard after 35 years? Hell yes it was one of the hardest challenges I’ve ever faced. Copenhagen snuff was my habit and I will always be addicted to it. 3 days 300 days 3000 days or 30 years quit I will always be addicted and must always keep alert to triggers. The quit however does get easier as the days roll along. It’s still not easy but working out and eating healthy and feeling great are worth way more than stinky breath and being addicted to the can and nicotine. I wish every person who is undergoing the initial phases of their quit the power to make it through the coming minutes hours and days as it is one of the most crucial decisions of your life. You owe to yourself and your loved ones to live a better life. Enjoy the suck Gents!
