  7. RCohan – Day 614 (I think) for me. Staying quit today with all my fellow quitters out there in quitdom. Suggestion for the holidays if you are just beginning your quit. I’d bet that the normal routine in the past would have been to fill up on turkey and stuffing, then excuse yourself for a walk or a dump to sneak your after dinner dip. Break the routine and sit down with some friends and family. Watch a game, play some cards and do whatever it takes to break the cycle but do not be by yourself. The NIC Wench will always be on your back ready to attack when you are most vulnerable.
