  1. Day 1. Havent had a dip in about 15 hours and I am struggling. Been dipping a can a day for 13 years. Look forward to getting back here tomorrow for day 2.

  2. Day 59! The war is still being waged and the battles are daily. It’s a great feeling of accomplishment because the struggle is so real. I’ve worked through many trigger events, NFL games, Vegas, Drinking, college games, etc. I’m doing this for me and that is why I continue the battle. I even went to the dentist a couple of weeks ago and other than some minor gum recession and dirty teeth, I got a fairly clean bill of health. I know that is something that could always change, but not going to the dentist regularly was a byproduct of dipping. Going for the deep clean next week!

  3. Day 226 in the quit. Every day no has minutes of challenges. Looking back I can remember the days having hours of hardship in the beginning now it crashes Bly down to minutes. Last night I had a dream I was dipping and woke up soaked in sweat. Still going through withdrawal experiences but it’s only getting easier as time pushes on. To anyone who reads this and is just starting their quit. Trust my life is better being quit. It’s the freedom from nicotine and control I’ve noticed the most. When I was dipping I never realized how much Copenhagen controlled me. Complete denial. Staying quit for another day
