  1. Spit out my last chew 1/2 hour before my dentist appointment. By the time I left I had decided to quit. Ever had your teeth sand blasted to get stains off? Me either. Tooth decay raw lip and sand blasted teeth. I have not put another chew in. Grizzly snuff was my game. Copenhagen when the grizzly was out. It’s been a few weeks. I still crave it but not enough to put more in. My tongue tingles and I feel so weird still. Cold turkey for me. Still kinda rough good grief.
