  5. Day 2. I will not chew today.

  6. day 362 approaching 1 year anniversary. I will not dip today

  7. Day 15 for me. Still gets some cravings, but am able to distract them with some gum or hard candy. When it gets the worst, I think about the first few days that I quit and know that if I can get past that, I can get past any time. Exercise and going to bed early have helped me a lot.

  8. day 651: Keep at it and it does get easier Sealthedeal. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
