  1. Hey guys, haven’t been on in a while but iv been reading. Just picked up a few tins of smokey mountain today, and iv been thinking and depending a lot on putting that in. I know it’s not bad for me and I’d rather do that than cope, but what are the thoughts on that stuff? Do I gradually wheen off with that stuff, or just keep quit cold turkey? Iv been quit for weeks now btw thanks to seeds.

    • Many people, myself included, view fake dip as an outstanding quit aid. I say use it if it helps. I chewed a can + of the fake stuff for about 220 days into my quit and then one day I just sort of didn’t need it any more. It’s a tool in your quit tool belt… use it. My two cents.
