Day 4: decided to quit before my baby is born, gums are very swollen and red, haven’t had to resort to the seeds yet (can’t mainly because they hurt my gums), had a few rage moments but kept them in and to myself, everything is slowly getting better.
Drink lots of water. You’re almost out of the weeds, but far from out of the jungle. Use exercise as a means to control the cravings and mood swings.
Day 407. Fight on new guys. It does get easier. But you’ll still think about it. I quit with all of you today. For self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 16.
