  6. 214, I find at this point it is no longer a craving but a romanticized want. I wish I was one of those people who can pick up something for a weekend and never look back. I unfortunately am addictive compulsive and one dip leads to one can that leads to using regularly. I can not and will not ever use again, this site taught me the great lesson that one dip literally takes me back to the days I used regularly. I never knew that and that it why it took me 6 quits to get where I am today.

  7. Day 1. Dumped all my paraphernalia in the garbage last night and this AM. Full disclosure I am on a prescription and using lozenges to get me going. Not the first time I’ve quit so I am fully aware of the fog to come. Wish me luck!

  8. Day 344: One problem + nicotine = 2 problems. I quit with you today!
