Roll Call For Monday October 5th, 2015

KillTheCan.orgA cake made with the design of the KillTheCan.org HOF coin on it is dedicated to helping people quit all forms of smokeless and spit tobacco including dip, chew, SNUS and snuff.. Nicotine is our enemy and is the drug that we are addicted to. Until you are free from the drug you, you can’t be free from your addiction. If you are looking to quit dipping KillTheCan.org can help. Quitting dip isn’t easy and we won’t tell you otherwise. It may very well be the most difficult thing you ever do. Adding a support system to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. The best quit nicotine support system available is the KillTheCan.org forum.

Roll call on the forums is our DAILY promise that we will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, dip, chew, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). Don’t worry about the concept of forever. It’s too big. Quit today and deal with tomorrow when we get there.

  1. Day 198 and the football powers in the cosmos were not kind. If I survived that stresser, I feel pretty solid. The real kick in the ass was when my buddy showed up to watch a game and was to bring me Smokey Mountain & Sour Patch Kids. The candy was proper the Smokey Mountain turned out to be Grizzly Wintergreen. The whole kitchen smelled like dip for 10 min as the garbage disposal did its thing. Such is the life of an addict
