Roll Call For Tuesday July 21st, 2015

KillTheCan Roll CallKillTheCan.org is an organization dedicated to helping people quit chewing tobacco. We believe with every fiber of our being that NICOTINE is our enemy. Until you are free from the drug that you are addicted to, you can’t truly be free from your addiction. If you’re looking to quit smokeless, we can help. We will never tell you it’s easy. Quitting dip may very well be the most difficult thing you’ll ever do. Adding a support system to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. The best quit dipping support system available is the KillTheCan.org support forum.

The most important thing we do on the forums is Roll Call. It is your DAILY promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. And for that day only. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy. We don’t worry about the quitting “forever”.  We quit for today and worry about tomorrow when we get there together.

  3. Day 21 and I had my hardest night last night. My lovely wife talked me off the cliff. It hit me like a wave and was tempted to smoke a cigar last night after dinner. It’s not chew…right??? Anyways, manned up, thought about everyone here at KTC and went to sleep waking up proud this morning that I didn’t puss out.

  4. 172. hitting some regular life stress stuff and can tell the craves aren’t like they use to be. think about picking up a can or lighting up but then can clearly think that won’t make problems go away. good advice on this site – nic + problem = 2 problems.
