  4. Day 199. Great time in Savanah. I remember now how it was packing a bottle or looking for a place to spit. That’s one awesome change. I quit with all of you today. For self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 15.

  5. Insomnia has allowed me to post a tad early today. Day 89 and If this were a pre quit night & sleep was escaping me, guaranteed I would have a dip in and be up the rest of the night because of the stimulant tobacco is. I’m going for a dose of melatonin & some light reading.
