KillTheCan.org is an organization dedicated to helping people quit dipping. But we don’t stop there. We believe with every fiber of our being that NICOTINE is our enemy. Until you are free from the drug that you are addicted to, you can’t truly start your recovery. If you’re looking to quit dipping, we can help. It’s difficult. We’ll never tell you otherwise. In fact, quitting dip may very well be the most difficult thing you’ll ever do. Adding a support system to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. The best support system available today for someone looking to quit dipping is the KillTheCan.org online forum.
One of the main reasons for our continued growth and success is Roll call. Forget that… it is THE most important thing we do. The concept behind roll call at KTC is simple. It is your DAILY promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day and that day only. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy. We don’t worry about the quitting “forever”. We quit for today. We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there… together.

Day 3. Promise to quit. Congrats everyone. Keep up the great work. You’re all a huge help.
Day 104. I promise to quit. Congrats Dan. Keep up the good work Luke.
Currently on day 360. Looking forward to 365! It has been tough at times loosing my best friend, something I had with me always, but the fight is so worth it!
It feels so good not being so attached to the can as I was for 36 years!
Never say you can’t but always say you Quit! Stay strong!
Day 208: congratulations Dan! It is normal to feel that you’ve lost an old friend, but you have got to drill into your mind that the friend you lost wasn’t a good friend. It was the friend that demanded all your time, took money, got you in trouble, and tried to kill you every day. F&$k that friend!
That’s a great way to look at it Kenny, who needs friends like them?
Day188. Way to go Dan. I still get spacey urges, and they suck. Kenny Z and I have seen people come and go, The Eric’s and The other Ken’s, wondering if they’re still quit. The last time we had a triple crown winner I was 4 years into my addicition. I’m lucky I’m alive. I quit with all of you today. For self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 15.
I hit day 100 in my quit yesterday. Been rough @ times & I’m not afraid to say I still miss the hell out of it. As dumb as it sounds, it feels like I kind of lost an old reliable friend. I do feel good about quitting & I’m gonna keep on keeping on. Thanks to all who post in the Roll Call. Anyone that doesn’t thknk we inspire each other are crazy, you guy are awesome.
