Quitting dip is difficult. In fact, it may be the most difficult thing you ever do in your life. Adding a support system to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. The best support system available today for someone looking to quit dipping is the KillTheCan.org online forum.
Roll call is the most important thing we do at KillTheCan.org and is the reason for our continued success. Roll call at KTC is simple. It is your daily promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy. We don’t worry about the “forever”. We quit for today. We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there. Please use this blog post to post your daily promise.
To post roll, simply leave a comment below with your forum screen name, days quit and your quit group.
NOTE: Your comment may be moderated. Don’t worry… you didn’t get bumped but it may take a while to show up.
Keep up the great job my nic free buddies.
Chewie, I ordered some Elicit & it came in today & of course it’s zero strength. But the sticker says it may contain nicotine. Is this a generic sticker that’s put on all cans to cover the ones that do contain nicotine? Just checking. Thanks. Dan
I reread your review Chewie & answered my own question, thanks. Dan
100 days here. wow that was quick! very appreciative of this site and the people on it who are willing to share information to help the rest of us quit and stay quit. I too had a cave dream the other nite. it was with a cig though not dip that was weird.

thanks! i hear you there. i’ve noticed some anxiety and such creeping in here and there in the past 2 weeks. also noticed a bit more emotional. it is truly amazing the re wiring the brain has to go thru in terms of dependencies.
Congratulations!!! Keep on kicking its butt ODAAT!!
150 Days without nicotine!! And I plan to keep it that way. Tracker app says I have saved $225 thus far. Keep in mind I was a Cope Southern Blend dipper in GA the price at the time was 2.80 a can and I was a half a can per day user. Damn I am so glad to be a free man again! I promise i will not use nicotine today.
Tracker says i’ve saved just under $1100! Damn NYS prices and 1 can a day addiction!
