Are you looking to quit dipping or quit chewing? It’s difficult. We’ll never tell you otherwise. In fact, quitting dip may very well be the most difficult thing you ever do in your life. Adding a support system to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. The best support system available today for someone looking to quit dipping is the KillTheCan.org online forum.
One of the main reasons for our continued growth and success is Roll call. Scrather that… it is THE most important thing we do at KillTheCan.org. The concept behind roll call at KTC is simple. It is your DAILY promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy. We don’t worry about the concept of quitting forever. We quit for today. We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there… together.
Please use this blog post to post your daily promise. To post roll here on the blog, simply leave a comment below with your forum screen name, days quit and your quit group.

ITS MY LIFE.
This is my two year anniversary of being quit. It feel so great to be quit and its amazing to feel like something is really and truly behind you. I tried so many things to quit and the ONLY thing that ever worked for me was the KTC brotherhood. The support and making my daily pledge through roll call made my desire to quit a reality and — I really think this — may have saved my life. before I found KTC, I was literally a slave to THE CAN. Every day all day it was on my mind. I literally broke down in tears when I joined KTC and prayed that I had not damaged myself irreparably.
I want to thank KTC for saving my life and providing me a path to regaining control of my life.
I also want to say for those of you that are where I was two years ago, please know that the brotherhood of KTC will provide you with a path to healing and leaving THE CAN in your past.
Thank you,
ITSMYLIFE, 2 years quit, today.
