Roll Call For Saturday May 2nd, 2015

Kill The Can Roll CallQuitting dip may be the most difficult thing you ever do in your life. And even though we are called Kill The “Can” we realize that our true enemy is the drug itself: NICOTINE. It is an incredibly addictive drug. Adding a support system like our online community to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. Our forums are the biggest and best quit dipping support system available today to allow you continue living nicotine free.

Roll call is your daily promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day.  It is the cornerstone of our activities at KillTheCan.org and is the reason for our continued growth and success. KillTheCan.org is a 100% nicotine free site. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco (long cut, fine cut, long leaf), SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). We quit one day at a time and worry about the next day when we get there… together.

Will will never tell you quitting dip is easy. But it is 100% possible. We are living proof.

Please use this blog post to post your daily promise.

  3. Day 45 – I’m quitting today

  4. Dip free in NC

Day 42 for me, I’m up early so FJD can copy off my paper. Had to go home & check on my Dad for a few days. Talk about a stresser. Yet another set of circumstances & an environment that beckoned me to dip. I’ve come to one startling revelation & epiphany : the tobacco companies did a better job marketing their product to their target audience than the adult leaders in my life did in describing the perils & misery associated w/ addiction.

    • Wow dip free. That was awesome. I’m 57 started at 16, and both my parents smoked. Your observation rocks.

  5. Day 68. I promise to quit.

  6. Day 97 of freedom from the lip dirt stay strong everyone we stand together

  7. Day 142. I feel the pain of our new friends, I know exactly what your going through. My only advice that I know worked. One second, one minute, one hour, one day at a time. You’ll beat the BITCH, although, she seems to never give up. Stay strong! For self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 15.
