Roll Call For Friday May 22nd, 2015

Kill The Can Roll CallAre you looking to quit dipping or quit chewing? It’s difficult. We’ll never tell you otherwise.  In fact, quitting dip may very well be the most difficult thing you ever do in your life. Adding a support system to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. The best support system available today for someone looking to quit dipping is the KillTheCan.org online forum.

One of the main reasons for our continued growth and success is Roll call. Scrather that… it is THE most important thing we do at KillTheCan.org. The concept behind roll call at KTC is simple.  It is your DAILY promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco, SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy. We don’t worry about the concept of quitting forever.  We quit for today.  We’ll worry about tomorrow when we get there… together.

Please use this blog post to post your daily promise. To post roll here on the blog, simply leave a comment below with your forum screen name, days quit and your quit group.

  2. 115 — agree with rob and kenny still get the craves, imagine i always will. they are much less crazy though. those craves i got during the first 30 days were more mind bending (in my opinion). i would almost start swinging for the fences!

To be fair we get “craves” for everything right? I am getting a crave to walk out of the office and start memorial day weekend early! But that “crave” isn’t making me do something unhealthy and disgusting lol. i can put it aside and move on with things.
