Nicotine is an incredibly addictive drug. Because of that, quitting dip may be the most difficult thing you ever do in your life. And even though we are called Kill The “Can” we realize that our true enemy is the drug itself: NICOTINE. Adding a support system like the KillTheCan.org online community to your quit can be the difference between success and failure. Our forums are the biggest and best quit dipping support system available today to allow you continue living nicotine free.
Roll call is your daily promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. It is the cornerstone of our activities at KillTheCan.org and is the reason for our continued growth and success. This includes all forms of smokeless tobacco (long cut, fine cut, long leaf), SNUS, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). We quit one day at a time and worry about the next day when we get there… together.
Please use this blog post to post your daily promise.

Congrats Bobby. It may be difficult for awhile but it does get better. Stay calm and keep up the good work. Stay close to this site, review the info, and use live chat if your find yourself struggling.
watch out if you get into the drink. i noticed i drank twice as much when i didn’t have dips to rotate in the mix that first weekend of my quit!! can let you guard down too so just remember you are thru the worst of the physical hook, it will be mental from here on out. like greg said, keep close to this site. also remember that nobody wakes up and wishes they caved the day before!
Day 131 – TGIF to all my fellow quit brothers! I will not use today, you have my word. Keep on quittng!!
day 81. hope new ken makes it …2 days omg that sucked. i spilled a can of fake stuff all over the floor last nite. cleaned it up before the wife caught me! in 20+ years i never did that with real chew. hahah. once again being able to observe these habits after physical addiction is kept in check is rather entertaining. i did have a crave this morning for a cigar (i think it is the nice weather). jealous of the guys that can have a couple a year and be good with that.
GregP. Day 53. I promise to quit.
Day 47.. I’ll stay quit with you
27 and I find the mighty Smokey Mountain just as satisfying. I wonder if the Tyler Rose still puts a pinch between his cheek & gum.
Day 35 it’s one day at a time.
Day 30, Today I quit with the goons
