Day 3 not sure how everything works here but I will keep working on it
Day 15. Cravings today were annoying, minor fog but otherwise was fairly functional. Really just miss being able to throw in a lip while I work. Chewing gum and using grindz instead which has helped a lot. Grateful for another nic-free day!
Day 30. Feeling good and using the jakes mint less during the day but still a lot at night but that is fine.
Congrats on the one month mark James. Keep fighting.
Day 7. Longest I’ve been without Copenhagen…..quite the accomplishment for me. Still hanging in there. I’m thinking I should buy some stock in water and seeds..
Day 14… never made it this long before caving! 30 years of dipping so I’m not out of the fog but the cravings and withdrawals are less everyday. To be honest I didn’t even think about dipping during my 45 minute commute this morning. A cup of coffee and some seeds got me through. I’m going hunting this weekend… that is when I’m really going to be tested! Not sure how I’m going to get through that, but I’m going to give it hell!
Day 3 of my quit. Today has been the Worst Just due to the Fact I woke up with a Bad headache. Besides That I am glas I made the choice to quit. Iv’e Been using Grindz for the Oral fixation, The flavor isn’t bad at all and it seem’s to help. Anyways day three sucks so I was just one here looking to get inspired to stay the course this morning.
Keep up the awesome work Michael! You made past day one, past day two, day three is on its way. You got this.
Day 35…5 weeks…one day at a time. I will do this.
That’s awesome… I’m only on day 14 but I assume you’re on the downhill side. Congrats!
Day 3. I woke up 6 times in the middle of the night. But I feel better this morning than I have since Monday. Just need to get through the day.
I’m on day 14… it does get better! Day 3-10 were probably my hardest so far! Stick with it!
Day 7 today… Sleep was miserable last night.
Coffee at my sons hoops game probably didn’t help at 7 pm. One day at a time!

Knock down some nyquil or Advil PM to get you some descent sleep for the next few nights. It worked for me… day 14.
Day 7 milestone, cravings come and go. Life is getting better.
I’m Day 14… cravings are getting less and less! Life is better no doubt, just have to stick to our guns!
Day 57: still get the jaw and tongue tingles a few times, but I’ll push through. Stay strong everyone.
Awesome… the worst is over? Day 14 here!
It does get easier Burkam. The mental fights get smaller and fewer. I just need to keep fighting them and not get lazy like I have in the past.

Day 42, few craving which is good. There are no small acomplishments in this fight, whether it be going your first hour with out chew or making it your first month. Each win is getting us closer to our final goal.
