  1. Day 38, and still winning this war. Surgery on Thursday to remove dark spot, praying that pathology reports come back benign. Tomorrow is my son’s quit day(again!!) Some people have to learn the hard way, but hell thats just growing up. 😉 keep up the great work everyone.

  7. Anybody else having trouble tossing perfectly good empty bottles…still seems wasteful!

    • i do look at empty bottles that i would have typically used as spitters and laugh.

      • Driving 8+ Hours 2 weeks ago we drank a lot of water. The wife and I git a kick out of all the empty bottles and not 1 with brown spit sludge in any of them. And the smell is so much better.

  8. Day 13…no worries today

  9. Day 8, feeling great in general. Still waking up throughout the course of the night. Nic free is the way to go, its a huge waste of fucking time.

  10. Day 9, I’m starting to fully realize how much more time I now have with family and free time on my own. Its crazy how much time I’ve wasted just wanting to sit on the couch and dip. I’m loving all this time back! Going to start doing projects, first one is to make my own cornhole set.

  11. Day 13, today I will be free from the the chains of nicotine.
Congrats to all. We’re going to beat this one day at a time.

  12. Day 63: Dentist appointment when well yesterday. The oral cancer screening didn’t show anything to be concerned with, but I’ll keep getting those when I have a cleaning. I promise to stay nic free today. Stay strong everyone!

    • Went to “my gas station” today for the first time since I quit. While I didn’t go in, it was odd not running in a picking up a couple of tins. Pumped my gas, looked at the store and thought to myself; “I’ve made my promise today.”

  13. Day 42. Had a minor injury at work and the stress of the day stunk. Had strong urges but overcame them. Stayino strono for self family and friends. NIC FREE IN 15.

  14. Day 48. What a start to the year. OSU championship, closing on new house, a great family, and no nicotine, cant get much better.
