  1. Day 27…Happy New Year to All. Thanks to those who provided some positive info and support during my first week..which was hell…Still get the mental urges when sitting at my desk working…but it gets easier each day. Very happy to be free of disgusting bottles in the car and having to find places and situations to be alone to have a chew. Free in 2015…..

    I drink more black coffee and chew cinnamon gum now. It’ll be nice to start 2015 off without the slow poisoning.

  10. Day 35, What a great way to end the year, tobacco free. I’ve been saying I want to quit for about ten years or so finally accomplished it. Everyone have a happy New Years and stay strong tonight.

  11. Good morning, for the last time in 14. Morning urges still the toughest for me, but beat them back rather easily. Had my last chew mon Dec 1st. Been a month tomorrow. Free in 15. For self family and friends.

  12. Day 28…Can’t believe it has been 4 whole weeks! I’ve been noticing that when I wake up in the morning my first thoughts aren’t on quitting. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes for those thoughts in come to mind. Happy New Year!
