hello again,
This Roll Call is a great support system. What a great way to help one another out. I am glad I accidentally ran into this blog looking for that fake Holt Chew. Thanks for being around tell your stories, trials and errors to get through this miserable addiction. I hope you all have a wonderful day.
Staying Strong is Being Strong

Day 9.
I’m at work chewing seeds like they’re going out of style. Gotta run. I’ll log in at home tonight. Thanks Chewie
Well, somehow I’m having trouble figuring out the Roll thing. Also I don’t have a quit group…? Anyhow, I promise not to touch Longhorn today. At all.
Miss this blog this morning. Look forward to it. Day 16. For self family and friends. Have urges still but will beat this addicition.
Glad to hear that people are enjoying the roll call on the blog. I was wondering if it was worth keeping going but knowing that folks like it I’ll keep it up!
Please keep this up. It’s a great support system for those of us going through this. Even though we don’t meet we are able to relate.
having trouble posting roll…
What problems are you having Medley? Are you talking about here on the blog or on the forums? Running into an error? Let us know and we’ll help.
Day 11 – still feeling a bit restless and tired in the evenings and mornings but pushing through it. Still can’t believe the sensitivity of my taste buds again, hopefully won’t need to go to another waist size by 2015.
One of the draw backs of quitting. But we’ll all be better off being off nicotine. I will make a commitment to weight loss after I win.
Sorry to hear about your son. He will quit when he is ready. It is a decision that everyone needs to make for themselves
Keep up your resolution. Not now but 6 months out. A yesr! I quit before, 12 yrs ago. But fell off thinking I could do just one. Doesn’t happen. Stay strong for yourself and fsmily. They’ll see.

Day 37. It is still tough at times but I won’t give in.
You’ve come too far to give in now Ken. Stay the course. I know you will!!
You’ve got this Ken, don’t let the mind try to play tricks. Nicotine is pure evil and will stop at nothing!
