Day 15. Merry Christmas in case I don’t make it back on the next few days.
I’m on day 5 of being Nicotine free.
Day 17 and still clean!! Wishing all my fellow QUIT brothers out there a very Merry Christmas and a Nicotine Free 2015. Proud of everyone! Stay strong when the eggnog is talking and the inlaws are on your last nerve. Just go look at the oral cancer pictures again if you get a hint of temptation. For yourself, family and friends!
Day 18 here. Na hadn’t been AWOL. Just been posting late. 10pmish. Works been crazy with the holidays coming. So objadnt been around phone much. Yes she did post. That was awesome. Boosted my confidence even more to see that. Still and and nic free. I’m to the point where I’m not going back. Now if someone ask me to quit coffee we might have a problem here. Later guys appricate all of yall. Y’all have a good day. Going play in the rain at work.
Day 20…can’t believe that I’m almost 3 weeks in…Keep up the good work everybody. Stay positive!
Day 26 – I been AWOL for a few days, but I’m back and clean.
Been wondering what was up. Glad your good! Corey has been AWOL also since his wife posted on here a couple days ago. Hopefully he’s not embarrassed as there is no need to be.
Day 42: spending a lot of time with my daughter and preparing for Christmas. Some of my family come into town today and I’m looking forward to not sneaking around to get a fix of nic. My Mom has quit smoking after ~35+ years and has been nic free for three years! I’m very proud of her accomplishment and I’m proud of my own so far. Stay strong everyone.
Day 18. getting closer to christmas, and some of us are more involved with parties, than others. I know that some choices i have made while intoxicated or impaired, would not have been a consideration if sober. I made it through the 12th day of taking pain pills from knee replacement surgery, and didn’t brake down and go by a can. Of coarse not being able to drive and living in the mountains in a town of 35 residents made things even more difficult to get my fingers into a can of copenhagen. Glad to be off pain pills, what a difference in awareness.
Be careful everyone, and stay nicotine free.
Day 22. Used to put a rub in first thing in the morning. So bad, but had it in one of our vanity doors. The first thing I the morning since quit is brushing. Hey my teeth are getting whiter. Maybe I’ll treat myself to whitening soon.
Day 15. Stay strong through the holidays as they can be tempting with the extra parties and drinks. We can do this and hopefully will get easier after the season!
Day 27, just glad to make it another day and glad that my wife and family are behind me one hundred percent. They deserve me tobacco free as much I need to be.
Please keep it up Eric. 5 days behind and have that support of family. This is tough but now manageable. Hope you have a wonderful ,tobacco free, holiday.
