CleanFuel – 1002 – QUIT
This is very tough Steve, but stay with it. On the other side we’ll all be better off. Just keep fighting. Day 3 was my worst.
Day 4. Super spaced out and foggy. Keeping myself active but really looking forward to going to bed. Grateful for another day free of cancer dirt.
Day 19. Not many cravings but I’ve done well to NOT be around people that dip.
Same here Pete. I haven’t been around anyone that dips since I quit. Keep up the great work!
Day 26. Traveled 9 hrs to be with grandson. Usually would have a bottle full of spit. Only bottles were empty water bottles. Another great reason for being tobacco free. Going to kseparate this up for self, family and friends. Enjoy the holidays all, and do so nic free.
Day 22. And 21. Sorry missed roll yesterday guys. Had a awesome Christmas. Craving not bothering me really anymore. And to make the day better. We get to my father in laws. And I notice after awhile he hasn’t dipped. He quit! 30 plus years. He’s not really counting but he’s somewhere around 3 weeks. Him and I quit around the same time without knowing. That was awsome. Made my wife’s day. Told him to come join us but he’s a ole county man not much for internet. Chewy man you changed my life
That’s awesome Corry, imagine its going to be difficult to match this Christmas again for you wife. Don’t worry about me, I will not cause the chain reaction. I do agree with you one breaks and more will follow, we all need to continue to stay strong.
Day 31. Yesterday I had the worst cravings since day two. Lasted all day, didn’t break down. Told a friend recently this quit is about moving forward and putting past behind. I will not lose!!
James, ken and Erik proud of all of you guys. Pull through. If one gives it could cause a chain reaction. My wife says if I give in she’s taking my guitars. Ha! Not happening.
You can count on me. To fight the urge I just get up and move. We had every Christmas decoration down and put away yesterday! The garbage man took the tree this morning.
Day 46: I had a few urges yesterday, so I just kept myself busy. Stay strong everyone.
Day 19. Good luck all. Had many cravings yesterday for some strange reason. I had not had any for a while. My father who has not smoked in 40+ years said it goes away but it takes a while and that he still has urges if he’s around a good smelling pipe or cigar but doesn’t give in.
