  1. Corey’s wife here to say how proud I am of you babe for your progress and making it to day 15 of being a healthier stronger person! I love you so much!

  2. Day 15. Almost missed it. Sorry fellas hadn’t been around my phone all day but I’m here. Feeling great!

  3. Day 12. Doing pretty good. Amazing how much better food tastes with no nicotine in the blood. That could also be a bad thing….lol

  4. Day 14: Made it two weeks without any form of nicotine, and two weeks ago my middle daughter turned 19. Celebrating her birthday at the college she attends, I realized that time was not on my side nor was tobacco. two weeks of not looking back, not opening the door and keeping my eyes and mind focused on the future. I sure hope I get to see many more birthdays with my friends and family and most importantly my birthday!! 🙂 Keep up the good work my brothers!!!

  5. Day 15, feeling OK so far. Didn’t have that morning ( breakfast chew craving ). Pretty disgusting when ya think about. Or how about brushing your teeth and then packing in a chew directly after brushing. No wonder our teeth and gums don’t like nicotine. Or our breath. True love is your spouse, seeing you off to work with a kiss even though she or he may not like you chewing tobacco.
Have a great tobacco free day everyone.

  6. Day 40: cravings are down to a few a day. I had a great conversation with my wife about my progress and this site. No looking back, I’m nic free! Have an awesome day everyone.

  7. Day 24 proud of my accomplishment but know there is still a long road ahead. I will not lose this battle.

  8. Day 19. Mornings are rough and I’m sure they will be for a while. Beating this for self family and friends. Just move ahead. 40 years vs 19 days. Stay strong.

  9. Day 12. Feeling good. Called into work for the weekend so able to post early. Have a great weekend all.
