  1. Almost forgot. Day 6 today! Massive headache, some cravings, better energy. Phew, feels like the worst is over.

  2. day 33, Minimal cravings and getting some good sleep. Really am enjoying being quit. You nailed it on the head Eric we are in this fight together, and will not lose

  4. Day 23 – Sorry been traveling and visiting with family so missed the last couple of posts. Overall doing good, but being back in my childhood home and old stomping grounds where the habit took life has been hitting me with some pretty intense triggers. Soon still has cans of Southern Blend in the next room, so it’s been rough not thinking about it. But as I said before and I will say it again, I am QUIT, not going back and not caving in!! In a way it’s good to visit my old hood and not feel the urge to put one in, it’s actually been some closure and putting the past in the past. Stay QUIT my friends!! We are in this fight together!

  5. Day 26…missed a couple of days with the holidays. Went great…cravings aren’t really that bad. My major problem is with my jaw. I feel like I’m clenching my jaw and it is very sore and causing headaches. If it wan’t for that I be really good. Anybody else have this problem? For those just starting…good luck and it does get better.

    • You got this Rob! I recently started buying Jakes Mint Chew and have been enjoying that when I get cravings. I personally don’t care for the Grinds as they are coffee grounds and Hooch is ok but like the Jakes much better. I still dip the fake a lot. About a can every other day. I also chew a pack of sunflower seeds a day so I know what you mean about cravings. Some days are a little better than others and some are really bad but you just keep fighting like we are. Hope your having safe travels.
