  2. Day 4…things have been pretty easy today. That scares me a little though because I feel as if it will hit me like a ton of bricks shortly. Also, I know haven’t been quit long, but did anyone else experience crazy dreams when they first quit?

    Day 32; I don’t believe that I’m as cranky as I was a few weeks ago, but that is my opinion and not my love ones’. I still itch for it now-and-again. I’ve been using either gum or grind pouches to curb the urge. Luckily I haven’t been around anyone that uses. That has been my downfall in the past.

  4. Day 6 – WOW I never thought I could do this but here I am! I feel such freedom and have saved at least 15 bucks this week. Feeling much better and the cravings are not as high as they were earlier in the week. Still tough after meals and at night time. Picked up some Smoky Mountain synthetic snuff but don’t care for it much. Good Job everyone that is going through this with me Rob, Corey, James, Erik and my son Alex who still hasn’t signed up for Roll Call. It has been one hell of a week but it’s only one week out of my whole life that could save my life.

    • I have not tried the Smoky Mountain so I cannot speak on that but Hooch is not too bad. Of course its not like the real deal but horrible. My biggest complaint with it is that it feels like it disintegrates after a few minutes and becomes real fine texture wise.

  5. Day 15 – wish my sleep pattern would return to normal. I have tried Benadryl and melatonin before bed and still wake up at 4:38 am everyday.

  6. Seven days. I took the time to spell it out because I’m that excited. All the times I’ve tried this fight I’ve never made it this far. I think I speak for us all by saying ktc is truly a life savior. Note one if my coworkers cliff is sick. Doctors discovered a tumor. That’s all the info I have. He’s a smokers in his 50s. Prey for him guys. Have a good day quitters!

  7. Day 4. Good luck guys. Your doing great! Funny you guys mention dry mouth because I had to get up last night and get a glass of water which never happens to me. I have had horrible nights sleeping and wake up a lot. Oh well. I am sure it will get better. Not gonna stop quitting. I have always been a stubborn S of B now I am gonna use it for myself. I just want to know why things that are enjoyable are never good for you? Like why can’t Doritos and fried chicken be healthy and good for you. lol Why does our body crave what is not good for it?

  8. Is this where you post roll? First time back and I have been looking for an hour for a quit group. Frustrating. Can anyone help? Even the FAQ was wrong.

  9. Day 16, still fighting dry mouth. Hang in there Rob. You still poster roll and made your promise not to chew today, doesn’t matter what time it is. Things will get easier

  10. Don’t do this at this time if the night, but the company I work for has zero respect for a person changing a life style. Will beat this and the the butt wholes that think they run everything.
