  7. My name is Curtis Johnson and I am sharing this information because the idea of no longer using nicotine is very important to me. Today, August 24th, 2017 at 1 am I am currently 2 days without nicotine, and I want to officially be done. I started because I was stressed and bored but dip helped me through every aspect of life in the military. Now, every fiber or nerve in my body is asking for more nicotine but my wallet is telling me to quit as soon as possible. Please share your story and tell me your coping techniques.

    • Welcome and congrats Curtis! Have you joined our forums as well? Located at http://forum.killthecan.org/ we’ve got over 30,000 members that “get it”. Glad to have you!

    • Welcome Curtis! Drink lots of water, exercise, and stay busy. Don’t let the addictive thoughts (just have one more to take the edge off, etc.) linger in your head. Flush them out! I had to quit minute by minute in the beginning. Stay strong and you got this!
