  1. Day 608. I quit with all of you today.

  2. Day 505 free and clean. I went back and found my first post today in March 2016. It’s important to reflect sometimes so that we understand what it took to get where we are. I’m proud of everyday quit. My quit was not planned it happened when I got sick one day and I just decided to quit after not dipping for three days. Some people told me my quit would not last which fueled my fire to prove them wrong. I’m am an addict after 505 days quit and I always will be. I have struggled but have endured this quit for myself my wife and my daughter. I am a better man without Copenhagen. It’s a crutch and I don’t need it. This site and those that I have helped along in their quit have in turn helped me. When I went back and reflected I noticed a lot of names that are now gone and I never see anymore. It takes strength and discipline to remain quit. We all can do it you just gotta want it like you crave the air we breath freely. I wish everybody perseverance in their day to day challenges in their quit.
