  1. day 1 for me – 35 been dipping for 10 years and always told myself i would stop at 35. I am ready to stop though. Tired of sore gums, wasting money, plus i am an endurance athlete so this will only help my performance. Actually posting this on Oct 30th so have 3 days in but wanted to get on roll from day 1. Withdrawls so far are not that bad. I have gone through serious alcohol withdrawls before and this doesnt even come close to that. Great site thanks.

  2. Day 6 . Heard that cravings only last 90 seconds or so . What I didn’t hear was they came every 90 secs. Seriously , Im doing pretty good and appreciate all you and this site. I wont chew tomorrow. thx
