Was on the road for a week without access to KTC. Day 51 in my quit.
Day 12, it isn’t easy but its worth it after 39 years of dipping.

DAY 36 – nic free. Ongoing fight. I thought by now the fog and cravings would be gone but last 2 days they’ve crept back in.

Set backs, disappointments & depression are dangerous allies of nicotine. Just remember a dip may make you “feel” better for the time being but the guilt afterwards will be crippling. Anytime you reach for the comfort of our old friend remember the suck of quitting and the many reasons you quit in the first place. Rational thought & thinking things through will always defeat the urge to use again.
Day 324: October! My birthday month and the first time in ten years I’ll celebrate it without a dip!
