  3. 216, seeing a friend this weekend that has dipped for 25 yrs or so. Gonna tell him that quitting sucks & hurts but the reward lasts a lifetime. Hopefully he will think about things and gear himself up to make the commitment. I emailed him this site’s address, now it is all up to him
